According to Aristotle, happiness comes from learning about yourself and growing into a better person, not your average definition of happiness. We live and feel and that is what makes us unique and feel alive (or sometimes dead). The difference between pleasure and long time wellness must be recognized in order for one to make the best of their life. Aristotle said that the person who lives the most is the person who acts the best and tries to be as noble as possible.
